Description
CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin is a two-compound research blend combining CJC-1295 without Drug Affinity Complex (10 mg) and Ipamorelin (10 mg) in a single lyophilized vial. CJC-1295 No DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1–29), is a tetra-substituted analog of GHRH(1–29) in which four amino acids are replaced to resist enzymatic cleavage while retaining the short-acting profile of the native fragment. Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide agonist of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a). Together they represent the most widely studied GHRH-analog + GHRP pairing in the literature, acting on complementary receptors within the same somatotroph signaling axis. It is supplied here for controlled analytical and laboratory investigation of dual-pathway growth hormone secretagogue signaling.
Research focus
- Combined GHRH-receptor and GHS-R1a (ghrelin receptor) activation
- Short-acting, pulse-preserving growth hormone release models
- Comparison with the DAC-conjugated form and with longer-acting analogs such as Tesamorelin
