Description
TESA+IPA is a two-compound research blend combining Tesamorelin (10 mg) and Ipamorelin (5 mg) in a single lyophilized vial. Tesamorelin is a stabilized synthetic analog of full-length growth hormone-releasing hormone, GHRH(1–44), carrying an N-terminal trans-3-hexenoyl modification that protects it from rapid enzymatic cleavage. Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide agonist of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a). Because the two compounds act on complementary receptors within the same somatotroph signaling axis, the pairing is widely used as a reference system for studying combined GHRH-R and GHS-R1a activation. It is supplied here for controlled analytical and laboratory investigation of dual-pathway growth hormone secretagogue signaling.
Research focus
- Combined GHRH-receptor and GHS-R1a (ghrelin receptor) activation
- Additive and synergistic effects on pulsatile growth hormone release models
- Receptor selectivity and comparison with single-agent Sermorelin or Ipamorelin
