What does “for research use only” mean?
Medtruva supplies peptides as laboratory research materials. They are not medicines, supplements, or personal-use products, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and are sold only to adult researchers who confirm this at checkout. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
How do you verify purity and identity?
Every lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory using RP-HPLC for purity and LC-MS for identity confirmation. The certificate of analysis for each lot is published on the product page and can be retrieved with the lot number printed on the vial at our lot lookup page. Lab verification of the launch lots is in progress; sample certificates show the format until the signed reports are issued.
Where do you ship from, and where to?
Orders ship from the United States with tracked delivery. Medtruva operates US (USD) and UAE (AED) storefronts; select your region with the flag in the header. Shipping options and timing for each region are shown at checkout once ordering opens.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilised (powder) vials should be kept sealed, protected from light, and refrigerated at 2–8 °C for short-term storage or frozen at −20 °C for long-term storage. Reconstituted material should be refrigerated and used within the period appropriate to the compound. Detailed handling notes are included with every order.
What is your refund policy?
Unopened, unused product is refunded in full. Because peptides are temperature-sensitive research materials, vials that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Full details are in the refund policy.
When can I order?
The store is in preview mode: the catalog and BODYMAP™ are open to browse, and ordering opens October 2026. Join the launch list on any product page or the homepage to receive launch pricing and first access.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards at launch, processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store card details.
Do you sell to businesses and institutions?
Yes. Laboratories, universities and research organisations can email support@medtruva.com for volume pricing and documentation requests.
