Refund Policy

We want you to be confident ordering from Medtruva. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a full refund under the terms below.

1. 100% refund on unopened products

You may return any product for a 100% refund of the purchase price provided that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, with all seals, labels, and packaging intact. Products that have been opened, punctured, reconstituted, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.

2. Return window

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your carrier tracking. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@medtruva.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not ship items back before receiving our confirmation.

4. Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for returns that are lost in transit. Original outbound shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Inspection and processing

Once your return is received, we will inspect it to confirm it is unopened and in original condition. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges, at no cost to you.

7. Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
